Commissioner's House at Chatham Dockyard
Amdell Ltd has been selected by the Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust to design and install mechanical systems for the Commissioner’s House at Chatham Dockyard.
The project will include installing a hybrid air source heat pump system that complements the building’s aesthetics and structure.

Teaming up with Ventilaire Ltd, ADR Consulting Engineers Ltd and Dan Large at Solaris Energy for The Bench—part of Dover District Council ambitious Bench Street redevelopment.
Works start soon and will include:

- Multiple extract systems
- Climate beam installation
- KRONOTERM ASHP
- BMS controls

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer or a Heating & Plumbing Engineer with experience in both domestic and commercial systems. If you enjoy working with a friendly, capable team and take pride in what you do, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a valid CSCS card and have your own transport.
